Layered salad-cocktail with ham and bell pepper is a refined combination of flavors presented in an elegant manner. This recipe originates from Russian cuisine, where multilayered salads have always been valued for their rich texture and harmony of ingredients. The combination of tender ham, fresh cucumbers, and sweet bell pepper gives the dish a balance between salty, refreshing, and spicy flavors. The creamy dressing made from mayonnaise and sour cream adds softness and binds the layers together, while hard cheese and dill provide aromatic completion. This salad-cocktail is perfect for festive tables or exquisite receptions due to its beautiful presentation in glass cups that highlights its aesthetics. Prepare it shortly before serving to maintain the freshness of the vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
