Shrimp and cucumber salad

We boil the shrimp in water adding salt, 5-6 peppercorns, 4 cloves, and bay leaf. We clean them.
- Shrimps: 500 g
- Salt: to taste
- Black peppercorns: 5 piece
- Carnation: 4 pieces

We make a marinade for shrimp. In a bowl, mix 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and a pepper mix (preferably paprika). Marinate the peeled shrimp for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Drain the marinade and fry the shrimp for 1–3 minutes.
- Shrimps: 500 g

We cut the cucumbers into strips.
- Cucumbers: 4 pieces

Grating cheese on a grater.
- Cheese: 100 g

We boil the eggs and cut them into strips.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

We prepare the dressing sauce. Pour vegetable oil into a blender cup. Add milk to the oil. Blend for 1 minute until it resembles mayonnaise. Add salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, mustard, and sugar to this mixture. Blend again for 1-2 minutes. Taste it; if you want it more sour, add more lemon juice; if you want it spicier, add more mustard—make it delicious for you.
