Chicken, apple, and celery salad is an elegant combination of freshness and tenderness from European cuisine. Its history is closely linked to French gastronomy, where the balance of flavors and textures has long been valued. The sweet tartness of green apples harmonizes with the juiciness of chicken fillet, while crunchy celery adds a special zest. Lemon juice and olive oil make the taste bright and rich, revealing the freshness of the ingredients. This salad is perfect for a light dinner or as a refined appetizer on a festive table. It doesn't overload the stomach but satisfies with protein and fiber. The dish's versatility allows for experimentation with additions while maintaining its elegance and simplicity in preparation.
