Soak young burdock stems in water overnight.
- Burdock stem: 200 g

Boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Cut into pieces (size does not matter).

Slice the onion into half rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the burdock stems. Sauté or simmer covered for about 5 minutes, then add soy sauce, about a tablespoon, but no more, as it is very salty. Simmer for another 5 minutes and add the yanım. Remove from heat, let cool. You can add a little sugar or ajinomoto (sodium glutamate).
