Turkey and cheese salad is a refined combination of flavors that embodies the traditions of European cuisine. Tender turkey fillet baked with spices creates the main texture of the dish, while grated cheese adds creamy richness. Refreshing pineapple brings a light sweet-sour note, and ham adds spiciness. All ingredients are united under a spicy mayonnaise sauce with curry and lemon juice, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. This salad is not only rich in protein but also has a festive character—perfect for a celebratory dinner or light lunch. A garnish of green onions and thin slices of egg completes the composition, adding freshness and aesthetics to the dish.
