Tear the Chinese cabbage (the upper part of the leaves) by hand and place it in a large salad bowl to ensure all ingredients stay in the bowl later, not on the countertop.
- Chinese cabbage: 120 g

Peel the avocado. Cut into pieces of 1–1.5 cm. Add to the cabbage.
