Pour lime juice over the shrimp, add salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, honey, a bit of olive oil, and toss in cilantro and garlic. Done. Send to the fridge to marinate while we make the dressing.

For the dressing, mix the juice of two limes with honey, add salt, pepper, a bit of Italian seasoning, olive oil, chop walnuts, grate parmesan and carrot.
