Vegetable salad with mussels is a refined and light dish of European cuisine that combines the freshness of vegetables with the sea aroma of mussels. Seafood in salads became popular thanks to Mediterranean cuisine, which values their taste and nutritional qualities. Tender cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, and crunchy green lettuce create a vibrant flavor palette, while feta adds a creamy texture. The dressing of olive oil and lemon juice enhances the natural taste of the ingredients. Croutons add a pleasant crunch, making each forkful appetizing. This salad is perfect as a light main dish or as an elegant appetizer for seafood and white wine, highlighting the freshness and nobility of flavor combinations.
