To prepare the dressing, blend tahini paste, water, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth (you can increase the water for a thinner consistency if desired).

- Lemon juice: 2.5 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste

Tear the romaine lettuce into small pieces by hand, peel the radish, and slice it thinly. Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and chop it into small sticks. Mix all the vegetables, drizzle with tahini dressing, and serve.
