Layered salad with chicken breast, potatoes, and mushrooms is a refined and hearty dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, the creamy texture of potatoes, and the aroma of fried champignons. Historically, layered salads emerged in Russia as a way to highlight the richness of flavors in ingredients by creating a harmonious combination of layers. This salad is characterized by its tenderness and richness; its taste is balanced – the light sweetness of carrots complements the softness of potatoes while the spiciness of mushrooms is enhanced by the freshness of dill and nutty notes from pine nuts. Served in wide glasses, it is not only appetizing but also aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for festive gatherings or special dinners, leaving a pleasant gastronomic impression.
