Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool them down by pouring cold water.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater (you can leave one stick for decoration).

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Cheese: 100 g

In a salad bowl, add cheese, eggs, and half of the crab sticks. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a clove of garlic pressed through a garlic press. Mix into a homogeneous mass. Form balls the size of a table tennis ball from the mixture. Roll in the remaining crab flakes.
