This salad is a true symphony of freshness and rich flavor that perfectly complements the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine. Avocado adds a creamy texture to the dish, while its nutty notes harmoniously enhance the sweet-sour aroma of sun-dried tomatoes. Watercress brings a subtle bitterness, refreshing the taste and creating a vibrant contrast with the citrus accents of lemon and grapefruit. Dressed with vegetable oil, this salad acquires silkiness and softness. Due to its composition, it serves as a light standalone dish or an elegant addition to a main meal. This salad is an ideal choice for those who appreciate simplicity, exquisite taste, and the benefits of natural ingredients.
