Salad with homemade noodles and chicken is a dish infused with the spirit of Uzbek cuisine, where harmony of flavors is achieved through a combination of simple yet rich ingredients. Hand-made noodles give the salad a unique texture—soft yet firm. Chicken marinated with turmeric, salt, and pepper gains tenderness and an appetizing aroma. Bell pepper adds juiciness and a hint of sweetness, while garlic provides spiciness. The finishing touch is fresh cilantro that highlights the Eastern character of the dish. This salad can be served hot or cold, making it versatile for any season. The origins of the dish trace back to Eastern culinary traditions where pasta and meat are often combined in original variations to create rich and hearty meals.
