Mushroom and salami salad is an amazing combination of freshness and rich flavors. Inspired by traditional Russian cuisine, this dish combines the lightness of vegetables with the spiciness of salami. Fresh champignons add a delicate texture to the salad, while zucchini and carrots contribute freshness and crunch. Thinly sliced salami brings a rich meaty flavor, harmoniously complemented by the spiciness of red pepper and the aroma of garlic.
