Caesar salad is a legendary dish of American cuisine created in 1924 by Italian chef Caesar Cardini. Its classic taste is a delicate combination of crispy romaine leaves, a tangy anchovy and mustard-based dressing, and the subtle saltiness of parmesan. In this version, the chicken breast is marinated in soy sauce, giving it a rich flavor with Asian notes. This makes the dish more expressive and aromatic. The light yet hearty texture allows it to be served as a standalone dish or as an exquisite appetizer. The salad surprises with the harmony of ingredients and is suitable for any occasion – whether it's a family dinner or a festive table.
