Cucumber and Mint Salad

10 minutes
This refreshing cucumber and mint salad embodies the lightness and elegance of French cuisine. Cucumbers, with their crunchy texture, are pre-treated with salt to make them particularly tender. The dressing made from natural yogurt and red wine vinegar adds a tangy flavor, while freshly ground black pepper adds a subtle spiciness. The main decoration of the salad is mint, which fills it with a refreshing aroma and highlights the lightness of the taste. This salad perfectly complements summer outdoor lunches, especially when paired with fish or white meat dishes. This exquisite treat will be a wonderful addition to the menu for those who appreciate simplicity and sophistication in cooking.
