Vegetable salad with feta and corn is a light, refreshing dish from European cuisine. The bright colors of the ingredients please the eye, and the harmonious combination of flavors makes the salad a true culinary delight. The sweetness of juicy tomatoes and crunchy cucumbers is perfectly complemented by the soft saltiness of feta and the delicate texture of corn. The light spiciness of red onion adds a subtle sharpness to the salad, while vegetable oil unites all flavors into a single composition. This salad is not only tasty but also nutritious, rich in vitamins and beneficial microelements. It is perfect as an appetizer or side dish and can also serve as a standalone light dinner. Soaked in the juices of its ingredients, the salad becomes even more rich and aromatic. The dish highlights the simplicity and elegance of Mediterranean gastronomy.
