This salad is a true embodiment of freshness and flavor contrast. European cuisine is known for its combination of simple yet expressive ingredients, and this recipe is no exception. Crunchy white and red cabbage provide a textural base, while tender spinach adds freshness. Salty peanuts give a spicy note that harmonizes with juicy grapes. The key feature is the dressing: lime juice, Dijon mustard, and vegetable oil create a bright, refreshing taste with a hint of acidity. The salad is perfect as a light snack, side dish or standalone meal for those who appreciate flavor balance. It’s ideal for a summer lunch or dinner when you want something light yet satisfying. The combination of sweet grapes, spicy peanuts and tart lime makes this salad unforgettable.
