Prepare all the ingredients.

Finely chop the tomatoes and cucumbers, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vinegar, and let sit for 1 hour.

- Cucumbers: 50 g

Use a paring knife to peel the skin off the celery stalks. Cut the stalks into 5 mm thick strips, then crosswise into 3-4 cm lengths.

Boil water in a saucepan, add salt, and throw in the celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then transfer to cold water.
