Watermelon with feta cheese is an exquisite combination of freshness and creaminess that comes from sunny Greece. This dish reflects the philosophy of Mediterranean cuisine — lightness, naturalness, and harmony of flavors. Sweet juicy pieces of watermelon perfectly contrast with the salty creamy feta, creating a magical balance. The picture is complemented by refreshing mint, tangy lime juice, and aromatic olive oil that highlight the naturalness of the ingredients. The dish requires no complicated preparation; it is served chilled and is perfect for summer picnics, light dinners, or as a refreshing snack. It is a true gastronomic symphony where each ingredient resonates in unison, providing unique pleasure.

1
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut it into large cubes. If possible, of course, because the shape of the watermelon does not lend itself to cubeness of all pieces.
