Exquisite seafood salad

Peel the eggplant and cut it into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, lightly salt.
- Eggplants: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste

Lay it on a serving dish as the first layer.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and chop it finely. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning and mix.
- Avocado: 1 piece
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Place avocado pieces on the eggplants.

Clean the shrimp, remove the digestive tract (located on the back). Sauté the seafood in a pan with butter for just 1-2 minutes on high heat. Add salt.

Place seafood and caviar on avocado.
- Seafood: 250 g
- Red caviar: 2 teaspoons

Heat butter in a pan, pour in the juice of 1 orange, add salt, sugar, and chili pepper. Heat while stirring on high until thickened.
