The 'Guliston' salad is a harmony of flavors and textures created by a skillful combination of tender chicken fillet, refreshing crispy radish, and sweet-tart quince. Its origin is shrouded in mystery but it evokes Eastern motifs where freshness and rich aromas play a key role. The light spiciness of sautéed onions and the softness of green peas are complemented by a delicate layer of mayonnaise, turning the salad into a true gastronomic delight. This salad is perfect for festive tables but can also add a touch of sophistication to everyday meals.
