Caesar with shrimp

Caesar salad is a real hit, and although it appeared in our country only 20-25 years ago, it has already become a real classic. And has many culinary cover versions, of course. For example, with shrimp. To prepare Caesar with shrimp, follow the classic recipe: mix lettuce leaves, croutons, parmesan and add homemade dressing of Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk with mustard and olive oil, lemon juice and, of course, anchovies. Shrimp for the salad are quickly fried in a frying pan to get a crispy crust.

Cut the bread into large cubes, removing the crusts.
- White bread: 0.5 piece

Transfer the bread to a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- White bread: 0.5 piece
- Olive oil: 200 ml
- Salt: to taste

Whisk the yolk with mustard and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

Continue whisking and gradually add 150 ml of olive oil. It should become a homogeneous mixture.
- Olive oil: 200 ml

Add crushed garlic, chopped anchovies, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to the sauce. Mix well.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Anchovies: 4 pieces
- Lemon juice: 30 ml
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Clean the fresh shrimp from their shells.
- Shrimps: 500 g

Heat vegetable and butter in a pan, add a clove of garlic, fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and finally drizzle with lemon juice.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Butter: 20 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Shrimps: 500 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Lemon juice: 30 ml

Tear the romaine leaves into large pieces and remove the thick veins.
- Romaine lettuce: 1 head

Transfer the lettuce leaves to a bowl with the dressing and mix.
- Romaine lettuce: 1 head

Place the salad on a serving plate, add shrimp and croutons on top. Grate parmesan over it.
