Salad with ripe tomatoes and onion marmalade cream

Sauté red onion in butter over low heat, covered.
- Butter: 40 g
- Red onion: 3 pieces

After the onion becomes soft, open the lid, add sugar, and slightly increase the heat.
- Sugar: 1.5 tablespoon

Add 50 ml of red wine and a sprig of thyme, and reduce the wine by half.
- Red wine: 50 ml
- Thyme: 1 sprig

Add balsamic vinegar and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Balsamic vinegar: 50 ml

Put everything in the blender, add salt, and blend. Chill.

Chop ripe tomatoes into large pieces.
