Marinate the onion in a mixture of sugar and vinegar. Let it sit for a couple of hours.

Prepare the dressing for the salad: mix together balsamic vinegar, olive and garlic oil, pepper, and salt.

Peel the cucumbers. Cut them.

Place the vegetables, croutons, olives, onion, dill, and oregano in a deep dish.

Pour the salad ingredients with dressing and mix.
