Soak the beans overnight, then drain the water and boil the beans until cooked. The beans should not be overcooked.
- White beans: 300 g

Mix warm beans with tomato paste, wine vinegar, crushed garlic, and grated onion. Add finely chopped pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste; if needed, add sugar. Optionally, you can add sour cream. Serve the salad chilled with chopped greens.
