Roll the dough to a thickness of 3 mm.
- Pizza dough: 0.5 kg

Spread the dough with tomato paste and sprinkle with oregano.
- Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
- Oregano: 0.5 teaspoon

Chop cucumbers, ham, mushrooms, and onion finely, and grate the cheese.
- Champignons: 5 piece
- Pickles: 50 g
- Ham: 100 g
- Cheese: 150 g
- Red onion: 30 g

Place all ingredients on the tomato paste.

Carefully roll everything into a roulade.

Cut the roll crosswise into pieces 2-3 cm wide.

Place the resulting pieces on a sheet lined with a non-stick mat, brush the top with kefir (or sour cream, or milk, or egg), and leave in a warm place for half an hour (the dough should rise).
