Prepare the dough. Add 12 grams of dry yeast to warm milk (slightly warm) and let it sit for 30 minutes until bubbles appear.
- Milk: 300 ml

Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the boiled chicken into small pieces, the sausage, and slice the onion into half rings (don't rush to pour out the broth left after boiling the chicken; you can make a wonderful soup from it).
- Cheese: 200 g
- Chicken fillet: 200 g
- Cervelat: 100 g
- Red onion: 0.5 piece

Sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen. Make a well in the flour to crack in an egg, add sugar, salt, milk with yeast, and vegetable oil. Mix everything together.
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Milk: 300 ml
- Dry yeast: 12 g

When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, switch to hand mixing, sprinkle flour on the surface and place the dough down, continue kneading. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky to the fingers. Place it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and set in a warm place (near the radiator) for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease the baking tray with oil, place the dough in it, and shape it as needed. The main point is not to press the dough too hard to avoid releasing all the air.

Spread tomato paste on the dough surface, add sausage, chicken, onion rings, pineapple pieces, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven on the top shelf for 10-15 minutes.
