Warm pasta salad with bacon and avocado is an exquisite dish that combines the creamy texture of avocado, the savoriness of bacon, and the freshness of arugula. Its roots lie in modern European cuisine, where pasta becomes not only a main dish but also part of salads. This variation uses orzo – small pasta resembling rice, giving the dish an unusual texture. Dressed with aromatic pesto, it offers a rich flavor with nutty notes. Cherry tomatoes add a sweet-sour balance, while bacon provides a crispy salty touch. This salad is perfect as a light lunch or dinner, pairs well with white wine, and is an excellent choice for those who appreciate the combination of rich flavors and healthy ingredients.
