Mix the flour with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and pour it onto the table, leaving a well in the center. Combine the yeast with 120 ml of warm water, mix well, and pour it into the well. Gradually knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Form a ball, make a cross cut on top, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 3 hours until it doubles in size.

Prepare the anchovies by soaking them in cold water for 10 minutes. Then dry and cut the fillet in half lengthwise. Place the mussels in a pan without oil and fry on high heat for 5 minutes until the shells open. Discard any mussels that remain closed.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and chop finely. Roll out the dough into a circle 5 mm thick, with the edges thicker than the center. Place the tomatoes and make a cross-cut with a knife, dividing the pizza into 4 parts.

On one part, place anchovies and olives, on another - mussels, on the third - mozzarella and ham, and on the last - artichokes and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
