Pizza is prepared in two stages. Stage 1: DOUGH. We prepare thin dough like for Italian pizza (I personally liked it very much). In a bowl, pour 150 grams of flour, add 1 tsp of dry yeast, 1 tsp of salt, and the same amount of sugar;
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Add 90 ml of warm water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Water: 90 ml
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Knead a stiff dough and let it rise in a warm place. (IMPORTANT! Be sure to cover the container with a towel or plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out.)

Roll the prepared, risen dough into a circle.

We grease the dough with a mixed sauce of 20 g ketchup and 10 g mayonnaise.
- Ketchup: 20 g
- Mayonnaise: 10 g

We spread the mashed potatoes, slightly pressing down, and sprinkle our sausage on top.
- Mashed potatoes: 50 g
- Semi-smoked sausage: 100 g

Then we cut the tomatoes into thin rings and arrange them around the edge of our pizza.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces

We cut the olives in half and chaotically decorate our dish with them.
- Olive: to taste

Sprinkle everything generously with grated hard cheese and send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
