Pizza with Philadelphia and Marinated Salmon

Pizza with Philadelphia and marinated salmon is an exquisite combination of tenderness and rich flavor. Its roots trace back to European culinary traditions, blending Italian classics with the refined taste of seafood. The dough, chilled for ideal structure, serves as a base for a harmonious blend of cheeses: creamy Philadelphia, delicate mozzarella, and tangy parmesan create a rich texture. Cherry tomatoes add freshness while basil brings an aromatic note. Salmon is the key ingredient that gives this pizza a noble marine lightness. It is baked at high temperatures, making the crust crispy and the filling juicy. Served with olive oil highlights its gastronomic elegance. A perfect choice for connoisseurs of refined taste!
