Pasta with green beans is a delicate, harmonious dish that embodies the traditions of European cuisine. The lightness of penne pasta pairs perfectly with the crunchy green beans, bringing freshness and hints of summer flavor. Tender chicken fillet enveloped in a creamy sour cream sauce makes the dish rich yet not heavy. Historically, the combination of pasta and vegetables is widespread in Mediterranean cuisine, where balance of flavors and nutrition are valued. This dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and exquisite treats. Serving with aromatic spices adds zest, while lightly blanching the beans preserves their natural taste and health benefits. Enjoy this dish with family or at a cozy dinner with a glass of white wine.
