Pizza base: mix yeast with sugar. When dissolved, add warm water, vegetable oil, milk and let the dough rise.
- Fresh yeast: 30 g
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 6.5 tablespoons

Sift the flour, add salt and starter. Knead the dough. Let it rise for 45 minutes. During this time, chop the other ingredients.
- Wheat flour: 350 g

Filling: the chicken breast should be cut into small cubes. The pineapples should be chosen in rings and cut into small pieces along the fibers. The olives should be sliced into rings, but not too thinly. Set aside half of the cheese and cut the other half into cubes slightly larger than the breast.
- Smoked chicken breast: 450 g
- Canned pineapple: 300 g
- Pitted olives: 250 g
- Gouda cheese: 300 g

Knead the dough again and roll it out on a floured table. Form a round flatbread. The edges of the flatbread should be thicker. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Pizza assembly: place the dough on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Spread chili sauce on the dough and evenly distribute pre-cut chicken breast. Drizzle mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with oregano. Also evenly place pineapples, and top again with chili. Next, arrange olives in rows. Finally, sprinkle cheese cubes on top and drizzle with mayonnaise and sauce.
