Arugula adds freshness and a slight bitterness that harmoniously complements the dish. Perfect for lovers of spicy, rich flavor combinations and pairs excellently with a glass of white wine. Quick and easy to prepare, this recipe is a find for those looking to diversify their menu and enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean.
