You need to clean the pumpkin from seeds and skin, as well as prepare the onion and garlic. Grate the pumpkin into long thin slices, cut the onion into thin half-rings, and slice the green part of the leek.

Next, heat the pan over the fire, add simple vegetable oil, and toss in the onion, regular and leek, and grated pumpkin. Sauté for five minutes.

Then add halved cherry tomatoes, a minced clove of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg. Mix and add olive oil and lemon juice.

When the water in the pot boils, add a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and capellini. Cook for three minutes.
