For the sauce, place tomatoes, garlic, salt, and sugar in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat.
- Canned tomatoes: 800 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Use a blender to turn this mass into puree.

Roll out the dough. On one half of the dough, place sliced sausage, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper. Add grated cheese.
- Pizza dough: 500 g
- Dry-cured sausage: 150 g
- Green pepper: 1 piece
- Red onion: 0.5 piece
- Mushrooms: 250 g
- Mozzarella cheese: 200 g

Close the filling with the second piece of dough. Wrap the edges and secure them tightly. Make several cuts with a sharp knife.

Brush the calzone with beaten egg and sprinkle with spices and grated cheese.

- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Ground red pepper: 0.3 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 40 g
