Aromatic spaghetti Bolognese is a classic dish of Italian cuisine, symbolizing home comfort and warm family evenings. Its roots are believed to trace back to Bologna, where the sauce recipe was perfected to achieve an ideal balance of flavors. The rich meat sauce, made with aromatic spices, vegetables, and red wine, envelops the pasta, creating an incredibly deep and rich taste. Oregano and fresh basil add zest and freshness to the dish, while Parmesan finishes it with a bright creaminess. This dish pairs wonderfully with a glass of dry red wine and is an ideal choice for a cozy dinner. Hearty and warming with a rich flavor bouquet – it will appeal to both traditional cuisine lovers and those who appreciate gastronomic delicacies.

1
Fry the minced meat until a golden crust forms; do this in 2-3 batches instead of all at once, otherwise the meat will boil. Transfer the cooked minced meat to a plate.
- Minced meat: 500 g
2
Peel and chop the onion, carrot, and garlic together with the celery using a chopping attachment. Heat oil in a wok, add the prepared vegetables, and sauté over medium heat, stirring, until the onion is translucent, about 10 minutes. Add the minced meat, mix. Pour in the wine, mix again. Cook until the wine completely evaporates and the alcohol smell disappears.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Celery stalk: 1 piece
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Red dry wine: 1 glass

Add tomato paste and tomatoes with juice. Cook until it boils. Reduce heat to low, add oregano and chopped basil, cover with a lid. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth and rich. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
