Airy pizza with salami and two types of cheese is a true gastronomic delight inspired by European pizza traditions. Its thin crust, light and airy thanks to the carefully kneaded yeast mixture, perfectly complements the rich flavors of gouda and tilsit cheeses. The aromatic salami adds spiciness, while the tomato paste unites all ingredients into a harmonious whole. This pizza impresses with its tenderness, lightness, and richness of flavor nuances. Ideal for cozy evenings with family or friendly gatherings where each slice brings a sense of warmth and comfort. It pairs wonderfully with light white wines or refreshing drinks. Try making it yourself — and you'll feel the magic of authentic Italian cuisine at home!

1
For the test, sift the flour, add yeast and salt to it.
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Dry yeast: 5 g
- Sea salt: 0.5 teaspoon
2
Make a depression in the center.
3
Mix olive oil with room temperature water.
- Olive oil: 3 teaspoons
- Water: 1 glass
4
Pour water with oil into the well and start mixing. The dough will initially be lumpy, don't be afraid, that's how it should be.
5
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
6
Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap, put it in a warm place — in 60–70 minutes it will be ready (the dough will increase in volume).
7
Place the dough on a floured table, but do not roll it out; it's better to flatten it with your hands.
8
Grease the dough with tomato paste (preferably homemade).
- Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
9
Grate Gouda cheese for the pasta.
- Gouda cheese: 100 g
10
Place the salami on top and grate the Tilsiter cheese.
- Salami: to taste
- Tilsiter cheese: 120 g
11
Sprinkle a little tomato paste on top.
- Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
12
Grease the baking tray with oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Olive oil: 3 teaspoons
13
Send the pizza to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
