Pizza with ham, corn, and pineapple is an original mix of Italian traditions and exotic flavors. Italian cuisine is famous for its thin, crispy bases and rich layers of cheese, but this version adds an unusual sweet note thanks to the pineapple and corn. The ham adds a savory touch, creating a perfect balance of salty and sweet. This recipe may be inspired by the famous Hawaiian pizza but offers more softness and tenderness. Perfect for cozy family dinners, parties, or simply for those who love experiments. The dough made with olive oil makes the base elastic and fragrant, while mozzarella gives it a creamy texture. Baked in the oven to a golden crust, it turns into a true gastronomic masterpiece!

1
Knead the dough: mix flour, warm milk, yeast, salt, and olive oil. Place the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover it. It should double in size. This will take about 45 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 175 g
- Milk: 125 ml
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 1.5 tablespoon
- Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
2
Knead the risen dough by hand for a few minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of 2–3 mm and transfer it to a greased baking tray with a diameter of 30 cm, trimming excess dough and smoothing the edges.
3
Spread the dough with ketchup, add the filling: ham, corn, pineapple, cheese. Sprinkle with crushed dried basil to taste on top.
- Ketchup: to taste
- Cooked and smoked ham: 100 g
- Canned corn: 2 tablespoons
