We clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. We divide it into 2 parts.
- Onion: 2 pieces

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg, minced meat, yolk, onion, garlic, and Tabasco sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Form balls with wet hands. Place in a dish and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Breadcrumbs: 80 g
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Minced meat: 350 g
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 2 pieces
- TABASCO®: 2 ml

For the sauce, we chop the tomatoes. In olive oil, we sauté the remaining onion and garlic until golden, sprinkle with chili, and cook for another minute. We add the tomatoes, wine, and sugar, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.

- Sugar: 25 g
- Tomatoes in their own juice: 700 g

Fry the meatballs in heated oil.

While the meatballs are being prepared, we boil spaghetti in salted boiling water. We drain it.
- Spaghetti: 350 g

Mix spaghetti, sauce, and meatballs. Sprinkle with cheese and black pepper.
