Pizza with sweet pepper and ham is a vibrant reflection of traditional Italian cuisine, embodying a wealth of flavors and aromas. Its roots trace back to Naples, where pizza became an iconic food. The delicate hand-made dough serves as the base for a rich tomato sauce infused with garlic aroma. Sweet pepper adds juiciness and a hint of freshness, ham provides softness and a rich meaty flavor, while salami adds spicy notes. Melted mozzarella makes the dish truly cozy, uniting all ingredients into a harmonious ensemble. This pizza is perfect for both friendly gatherings and family dinners, delighting guests with its rich taste and appetizing aroma.

1
Pour flour onto the cutting surface, make a well in the center, pour in warm water, then add olive oil, yeast, salt, and gradually start mixing the flour from the edges into the liquid.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Water: 125 ml
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast: 6 g
2
Knead the dough until it stops sticking, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit in a warm place for an hour.
3
Meanwhile, cut the peppers into thin strips lengthwise, the ham into small slices, the salami into half circles, and grate the cheese (it can also be sliced thinly).
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece
- Ham: 200 g
- Salami: 100 g
- Mozzarella cheese: 150 g
4
You can use ready-made tomato sauce or make it yourself. Sauté tomatoes in their own juice with fried garlic for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Tomato sauce: 50 g
5
Place the dough on a cutting surface, knead it, roll it out thinly (about 1cm) — from this amount of dough, you can make one large or two medium pizzas.
6
Spread the dough with tomato sauce, arrange ham, salami, and pepper in a circle, and generously sprinkle with cheese.
- Tomato sauce: 50 g
- Ham: 200 g
- Salami: 100 g
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece
- Mozzarella cheese: 150 g
7
Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes or at 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
