We put water, wait for it to boil, and then add the 'butterfly' pasta, cooking it in the traditional way.
- Farfalle pasta (butterflies): 500 g

We cut the carbonade (you can use neck or ham instead) into thin slices, then cut each slice into strips and each strip in half. Do not chop finely.
- Carbonade: 250 g

Grate cheese on a fine grater in a separate plate. You don't need much, just enough to give stickiness to the pasta.
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 100 g

In a separate bowl or cup, mix the mustard sauce for pasta: for two tablespoons of mayonnaise — one teaspoon of Dijon mustard (per serving). Taste the sauce as you add. Depending on how spicy you like it, you can add more or less mustard. Add 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce (though it can be without it, but better with it) and mix everything together. The sauce is ready.

Mix the chopped carbonade with the cooked pasta and the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the carbonade and sauce.
