Cuban fish pizza is an amazing combination of crispy dough and tender fish filling seasoned with onion, lemon, and aromatic rosemary. This recipe is inspired by Cuban culinary traditions where seafood plays an important role due to rich coastal waters. An interesting feature is the way the dough is prepared: it is formed into balls that are first fried in oil and then baked with the filling, creating a contrast of textures. The dish has a rich flavor with light citrus and herbal notes, perfectly paired with fresh vegetables or spicy sauces. This pizza can serve as an original appetizer or main dish, surprising guests with its unusual appearance and exquisite taste.
