Remove seeds from sweet peppers, divide each into 4 parts, and cut into strips.
- Fresh yellow pepper: 225 g

Lightly crush the cumin and fry for a minute. Pour in the olive oil, and when it heats up, add the pepper strips, chopped garlic, and crushed chili pepper. Cook on low heat for 40 minutes until the peppers are soft.

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, drain the water after a minute, peel the tomatoes, and chop them.

Add tomatoes along with tomato paste to the peppers. Season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking uncovered on high heat for about five minutes until the mixture thickens.
