We peel the zucchini and cut them into cubes (I have two large zucchinis).
- Zucchini: 2 pieces

Grate the carrot.
- Carrot: 1 piece

Chop the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
- Onion: 1 piece

Add zucchini to the onion, pour in a glass of water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add carrots, tomato sauce, spices, salt to the zucchini and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Tomato sauce: 0.5 glass
