Baked cod with tomatoes and cheese is a dish that combines simplicity and elegance of European cuisine. Light yet rich in flavors, it is perfect for a family dinner or festive table. The tender cod fillet infused with garlic and yogurt acquires juiciness and softness, while fresh tomatoes add a pleasant tanginess. The finishing touch is a golden crust of cheese and dill that adds zest and refined aroma. This dish is not only delicious but also healthy, as cod is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
