Clean the onion and garlic, and chop them with a blender. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and chop it finely.

- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece

Add onion and garlic, chopped parsley, pieces of pepper, chili, sage, salt, and black pepper to the minced meat and mix. Then add milk, lightly beaten eggs, and Worcestershire sauce, mix again, and sprinkle in breadcrumbs. Mix everything thoroughly and beat the mince with a spatula.
- Ground beef: 1 kg
- Onion: 1 piece

- Ground chili pepper: pinch
- Dried sage: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

- Milk: 180 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Worcestershire sauce: 50 ml
- Breadcrumbs: 180 g

Lay a large sheet of foil in a rectangular shape so that the edges hang over. Grease with oil. Place strips of bacon on the foil, then add the prepared meat filling and smooth it out. Cover the filling with the ends of the bacon strips and foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato pulp, ketchup, sugar, salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Canned tomatoes: 60 g
- Ketchup: 60 g
- Cane sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper: pinch

Open the foil and brush the meatloaf with sauce on top, let it brown in the oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
