If you are using regular chickpeas, soak them overnight and then boil.
- Chickpeas: 450 g

Chop garlic and onion finely.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Leek: 1 piece

Heat olive oil in a pan, then add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
