Meatballs in tomato-sour cream sauce are a fragrant and tender dish that combines traditional Italian motifs with Russian culinary notes. The delicate turkey mince combined with cottage cheese and aromatic dill makes the balls surprisingly soft and juicy. Carrots add a light sweetness and extra juiciness, while spices reveal the richness of flavor. The sour cream and tomato paste sauce creates a delicate creamy texture with a slight tang, perfectly complementing the meatballs.
